1. 3 Jan 99 flown on a B6-0/B6-6 upper stage did not ignite, shock
cord was too short, nose
cone buried 1" in the ground. Front 6" of body tube
ruined.
- 25 Jan 99 replaced ruined body tube
2. 7 Feb 99 flown on an A8-3 landed close
3. 7 Feb 99 flown on a B6-4 crunched lower three inches of body tube.
Using a parachute
would have probably prevented this from happening
