I had one of these rockets several years ago. I built
it, but never got a chance to fly it. This is a scratch built version of
the original. It was my first attempt at scratch building a model rocket.
It came out pretty good and flies great.
1. 5 Mar 99 flown on an A10-3T great flight,
but not very high
2. 24 Mar 99 flown on an A3-4T
3. 24 Mar 99 flown on an A10-3T
4. 4 Apr 99 flown on an A10-3T chute did not
deploy. front 1/4" of body tube crunched.
5. 26 Sep 99 flown on an A10-3T
- 27 Aug 00 re-glued body tubes together-they came apart while in storage
6. 18 Feb 01 flown on an A3-4T tried with a streamer-rocket took a
core sample-use a chute
